MECHANISM:
The washing operation of model VLW-100 vial washing machine is based on a set of seven timers which controls the duration of each washing process and the flow of different washing media via five inlet ports. Timers are readily adjustable to obtain a washing duration from 0.1 to 99 seconds, and skipping is possible by switching off the timer. Vials in inverted position, resting on two or three stationery washing trays, undergo one external and up to four internal flushings, thus maximun cleaning is obtained. Loading of vials into washing trays can be manually done, or by dump-loading from a tray pack or shrink-pack. Pneumatic open & close cover is now a standard feature.
WASHING MEDIUM:
There are up to five inlet ports available for connection to the supply of various washing media, such as tap water, compressed air, steam, deionized water or distilled water.
LINE PRESSURE:
water/air/steam 3kg/cm² minimum; 4kg/cm² maximum;
WATER CONSUMPTION:
Depending on inlet pressure and process durations, e.g.13 liters at 4kg/cm² for 5-second internal washing, and 4 liters at 2kg/cm² for 5-second external rinse.

Optimal capacity is determined by vial sizes (approximate capacity 22mm OD vial 15,120 pcs/hr )

The Model CP-20 Automatic Vial Capper is designed either to couple with a vial filling & stoppering machine to complete an in-line operation or to operate independently. It is a reliable cap closing machine to apply aluminum seal to serum vial at speeds up to 120 units per minutes. It operates on an intermittent motion principle and features readily adjustable rollers to perform the sealing function.

Intake & Discharge Conveyers
Durable stainless steel wire woven belt together with easily adjustable rails, guides, and a timer finger ensure smooth movement of vials from entrance to exit of the machine. Glass breakage is easily avoided by actuating a microswitch to stop machine immediately in case of a bottle jam.

Intermittent Starwheel
Precision-machined index drive mechanism transports vials from intake & capfeed to sealing & exit positions in smooth & exact manner. A slip-clutch is equipped to stop the drive should bottle be caught or jammed between bottle rest or sealing head and starwheel, thus preventing glass breakage. To re-engage , simply revolve starwheel clockwise by hand until it clicks back into position.
Vibratory Feeder
Stainless steel polished vibratory bowl provides quiet & smooth selection and feeding of aluminum caps without deformation & damage. Vibration intensity is infinitely adjustable thus proper cap feeding speed is guaranteed.
Sealing Head
Effective cap sealing of vials is achieved with three spring-loaded spinning rollers that seal independent of the top pressure applied to the cap. Fine adjustment of both top pressure and side roller pressure ensures uniform & air-tight closure.
