    Mixing and Granulation:
    The main impeller mixed the powder into a fluidized vortex and forms agglomerates with the binder solution. Then the high-speed chopper breaks the agglomerates into granules by a rolling action.

    Drying (Use vacuum drying system):
    The Mixing Tank is heated by the hot water in jacket; the wet granules are rolling slowly and dehydration by vacuum suction to reach to drying efficiency.

    Description of the process
    Powder Vacuum Loading → Drying Mixing → Binder Spraying → Wet Granulation → Vacuum Drying → Milling → Auto Suction to Bin

    Four in one single bowl
    1. Multiple functions: Mixing , Granulation, Drying, Milling
    2. One line production only need an equipment (YC-SMGD) to finish the whole process that saves the space
    3. Four in one process to prevent the movement and contamination of the products.

    Super Mixer/ Granulator:
    In the cone-shaped vessel, the main impeller mixes the powder into fluidized vortex and forms agglomerates with the binder solution. Then the high speed chopper breaks the agglomerate into granules by a high speed rolling action.

    Functions:

    1. Mixing: Powder and powder
    2. Granulation: Powder and binder

    Description of the process:

    By using vacuum system or lifting system to transfer powder from an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) into the mixing bowl.
    Serveral kinds of powder can be uniformly mixed by using the main impeller.
    Binder (solution) can be sprayed from pressure tank (or solution tank) to powder by the spray nozzle.
    Then the high-speed chopper breaks the agglomerates into granules.
    Finished wet granules will be discharged from discharge valve.
    (The finished wet granules can be also transferred to a container of Fluid Bed Dryer via an in-line mill.)

    Features:

    Bin(IBC) & Bin System:

    Bin:

    Bin (also known as Inermediate Bulk Container, IBC) and Bin system are for powder handling application to store, transfer and mix for close containment. They are very easy to transfer and clean.
    The volume of IBC is from 20 Liters up to 1500 Liters, the optional device of Vacuum Suction Device is available to fit with the IBC.

    BIN MIXER:
    The IBC is attachable with a Bin Mixer thorough mixing of powder and granules by rotating the IBC.

    BIN WASHER:
    The Bin Washer combines with the IBC, a high pressure pump, an autovalve and a lifting washing nozzle to clean in an automatic program.

    Raw materials, powder, and granules can be dispensed in different levels for charging or dischargin of Bins.

    The corn shaped mixer is wide in the middle and narrow of the both ends. Inside has bottles in the middle, when the powder or granules rolling up and down in he drum and hit the middle bottles, the best mixing result can be reached.

    V-Mixer – VM:

     

     

     

     

    The V shaped mixer’s mixing method is through rotating the granules rapidly and this enables the product separating into two cones then two merge into one again. By repeating the procedure, the granule will then be separated and merged again and agani to reach the best mixing result.
